What if one day you woke up without a nose? Without your own nose?!
More, if one day you woke up without your nose and then found out it was in a terrace, drinking a beer? Or, on a beach getting a tan? Or at church, praying? ... A nose that says it does not belong to anyone but only to himself. This could only be an atypical disease! Or a poorly finished plastic surgery! Here we do not find who the culprit is because, apparently, he does not exist.
There is just the fact. And the attitude of the characters towards the fact.
A world of masks, fire, clowns, stilts, trumpet, actors and other appendices...
Press highlight
‘Now please don’t say you don’t have the time to appreciate this amusing performance of six actors in an intense interaction with the audience.’
Barlavento, 14/08/03
‘Gogol’s literary text starts from a complete nonsense situation that is the part where the nose becomes the same size as a person and walks the streets. On the other hand it’s of an extreme realism filled with details.’
Malin Löfgren, Barlavento, 24/07/03
